Baker Ruff Hannon was established in 1979 and provides project management, cost management and associated services. The majority of our projects are in social housing and we work with a number of organisations throughout the South West in this regard. We are currently engaged in a small Passivhaus scheme with one of our Clients and we are trying to encourage other providers to adopt the criteria to achieve environmental and economic benefits for their tenants.Our Partners have been engaged in the development of a Passivhaus swimming pool in the United Kingdom, which is a new if not unique concept.
