We are Structural and Civil engineers that have been working with passiv haus projects for over eight years now. the majority of our projects are low energy as a minimum and up to passive haus plus when client is seeking exceptional buildings.

We work in various materials, and try and work with the local skill sets that are available, so timber frames (softwood, twin wall, engineered joist options), masonry walls (Cavity construction as well as jumbo clay blocks) where skill set is limited, ICF ( various options) and hemp block, hempcrete, we are happy to discuss your needs at an early stage of the development.

The civils team can work with you to minimise rainwater runoff via water harvesting, attenuation and other SUDS solutions.

We also work with basement structures, this does mean concrete is used, we are able to detail and consider neighbouring properties etc. We work with screw pile suppliers when appropriate as well as insulated raft foundations.
