Fleming Buildings are a construction business with core experience in education, healthcare, community buildings, religious buildings and historical conservation. This experience includes new build, extensions, refurbishment and reconfiguration, frequently delivered within live, operational environments with typical projects ranging in value between £500,000 – £6m throughout Scotland. Additionally, we have in-house timber engineering, specialising in design, manufacture and erection of timber frame structures, glulam and mass timber solutions alongside floor and roof cassettes. We are a true construction company, having our own directly employed trades supported by our yearly intake of trade apprentices of whom account for over 10% of our workforce. We operate quality and environmental management systems to ISO9001 and ISO140001 and are members of TRADA, STA and FMB. We have an exemplar approach to health and safety, maintaining both CHAS and SMAS/SSIP accreditation.
