Diane Hubbard of Green Footsteps is no ordinary air tightness tester. In addition to being a member of the iATS Competent Person Scheme for the airtightness testing of domestic and non-domestic buildings, she is also a CEPH Consultant and CEPH Tradesperson. Diane is an academic author on the energy consequences of unwanted air movement in existing buildings and has a passion for sustainable building, led by her MSc (Centre for Alternative Technology).
