As a principal contractor Kind & Company have operated across London and the South East for over 76 years, in this time we have grown and expanded to deliver a wide range of projects across the Residential, Care, Education, Health and Commercial markets. We have an experienced and diverse team of people, each qualified to facilitate and deliver sustainable, quality buildings for our clients and the communities we build for. As well as a wide range of previous experience delivering sustainably high performing projects, utilising a variety of building methods, we are currently delivering Passivhaus certified schemes in London.
