P K Property is a small property company based in Douglas on the Isle of Man. The company is run by Paul and Katherine Bergin. We both have a long standing interest in Passivhaus and have recently bought a site on the Island where we hope to build a Passivhaus for ourselves. Paul is a chartered civil engineer with significant experience of building. Katherine worked in the UK electricity industry prior to moving to the Island.
