Pointe Michel Limited is an RICS Chartered Surveyors practice operating nationally across the UK. We focus on financial appraisals for new build and retrofit developments as well as mortgage valuations of affordable and eco-homes. We work primarily with community-led housing groups, faith groups, housing associations and small developers to create developments that add value to our clients, society and future generations. We want to see our clients making the right decisions around development and retrofit and so seek to provide them with the financial data they need to make an informed choice. Our knowledge of eco-homes means that we can value developments accurately for lenders.
