RDA was founded 25 years ago with a mission to create more eco-friendly spaces with a practice set in the heart of South East London. Since then it has become an award-winning firm that specialises in designing and building certified Passivhaus and Enerphit houses to create healthier, comfortable homes across London and the UK. Since building their first Passivhaus certified project in 2010, RDA has completed over fifteen certified Passivhaus and Enerphit homes.
