Worked with multi-disciplinary teams, leading, partnering, guiding and implementing, bringing experience of project management, resource planning and delivery to sustainable new build and energy efficient retrofit projects significantly reducing energy in use and carbon, whilst achieving accreditation to PassivHaus, BREEAM and CIBSE. Delivered certified PassivHaus, PassivHaus Plus and BREEAM Outstanding projects. Founder member of the technical and commercial associate team at the University of East Anglia’s Centre for the Built Environment (ADAPT Low Carbon Group), where I ed the design and build rationalisation trial for the governments “Low Carbon Garden City Program”, BEIS adviser on “Scaling up the low energy residential market”. Speaker – Low Energy Housing at the UN Urban Housing Forum, Low Energy / Low Carbon Development and Modern Methods of Construction at EU Sustainability Summits. Led the analysis of DfMA metrics for the governments Vanguard Authority, Regional Council’s and Housing Associations, project developed with RICS
