Certified passivhaus consultant & property developer with expertise in Solar PV & storage solutions as MCS accredited in 2010. We developed “Seaton Beach” the 1st Passivhaus Plus Multiblock in the UK to achieve this accolade. We had the privilege of working with Tomas Gaertner on this scheme that concluded in 2021 with 6 awards for the project that put Seaton on the map. We are now developing 4 barns at Clytst St Mary to be Enerphit certified. 2050 carbon neutral ready but built in c1900 to house horses!
