Studio Tor Architecture is a Devon-based architecture studio specialising in bespoke homes, heritage buildings and renovations across the South West. We believe good architecture should be thoughtful, durable and responsive to its environment. Sustainability is central to our approach, whether through the adaptation of existing buildings, the careful use of materials, or the integration of appropriate technology. We are interested in the application of Passivhaus principles to create comfortable, healthy and energy-efficient buildings, while recognising that retaining and improving existing buildings is often the most sustainable solution. Our work seeks to balance environmental responsibility with good design, practicality and lasting value.
