TimberTight is a family-owned, offsite manufacturing business based in West Yorkshire, and secured the Passivhaus Patent in 2022.
Our dynamic workforce produces timber frame walls, floor cassettes and roof structures.
Specialising in bespoke housing developments, our team loves a challenge and offers varied and extensive construction experience. We have worked on a wide range of projects including self-builds, student accommodation, extensions, educational buildings, commercial units and hotels, in addition to various private and social housing schemes. We employ 30+ people – including four apprentices – and pride ourselves on an innovative and creative approach.
The TimberTight Lattice Wall
TimberTight’s patented Passivhaus wall system virtually eliminates thermal bridging through its twin wall offset stud design.
Branded as the TimberTight Lattice Wall, it is manufactured in West Yorkshire, by the family-run company’s experienced and professional team.
TimberTight has developed an “air-tightness” system which has been proven to achieve and surpass the Passivhaus minimum requirement of 0.6 air changes per hour.
Offering a bespoke personalised approach to clients’ individual needs, TimberTight can produce project specific, U-values for the project wall build up, roof and floor.
