Misuse of Passivhaus Trust membership or certification
The Passivhaus Trust monitors the use of its name, logos, and references to membership and Passivhaus certification. Where a business or individual is found to be making inaccurate or misleading claims or violating terms & conditions, we will contact them and request that the information is corrected or removed. If this is not addressed, the Trust may update or remove directory listings and take further action where appropriate based on our complaints procedure.

You can confirm current Passivhaus Trust membership by searching our directory. Not all members choose to be listed, so if a listing is not available, please contact us for confirmation.
Certification for Passivhaus Consultants, Designers and Tradespeople is awarded by the Passivhaus Institute and is separate from Trust membership. Certified professionals can be checked via the PHI database.
